New Lanark Ticket Portal

Join us for a night under the stars - hosted by star ranger Elizabeth Tindal, who will take us on a journey through space via the night sky. 

The event will begin with a talk at 17:30, followed by a stargazing Dark Sky experience on our rooftop garden - which is the largest one in Scotland. Hot drinks will be provided.

This event is for naked-eye observation, however telescopic equipment may be brought. Both amature and seasoned stargazers are welcome.

Please read the following information carefully before attending the event:

• Drug or alcohol usage is strictly prohibited during this event. 

• Please wear comfortable, flat shoes. Some areas are cobbled and uneven.

• It may be cold, please dress for the weather and bring a jacket. 

• You are welcome to bring your own telescopic and photography equipment.

• Parking is available in front of the Visitor Centre/Institute Building. 

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

• This event may be altered in accordance with weather.
