Stargazing at New Lanark
Join us for a night under the stars - hosted by star ranger Elizabeth Tindal, who will take us on a journey through space via the night sky.
The event will begin with a talk at 17:30, followed by a stargazing Dark Sky experience on our rooftop garden - which is the largest one in Scotland. Hot drinks will be provided.
This event is for naked-eye observation, however telescopic equipment may be brought. Both amature and seasoned stargazers are welcome.
Please read the following information carefully before attending the event:

Drug or alcohol usage is strictly prohibited during this event.

Please wear comfortable, flat shoes. Some areas are cobbled and uneven.

It may be cold, please dress for the weather and bring a jacket.

You are welcome to bring your own telescopic and photography equipment.

Parking is available in front of the Visitor Centre/Institute Building.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

This event may be altered in accordance with weather.
